There are different ways to work together, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for.

Whether you’re navigating change in midlife, leading under pressure, or looking to reconnect with your body in a more intelligent and sustainable way, my work is designed to meet you where you are – without force or overwhelm.

All of the options below are rooted in The SA Method: a nervous-system-led approach that brings together regulation, movement, nourishment, and embodiment.

1:1 Support

For women ready for deeper, personalised work

My one-to-one work is for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves – and know that “pushing harder” isn’t the answer.

This is slower, deeper support that focuses on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and rebuilding trust in your body and decision-making. It’s particularly suited to women in midlife, leadership, or periods of transition who want support that is intelligent, contained, and human.

This work is bespoke and relational, not formulaic.

Membership

Ongoing support, structure, and rhythm

For women who want regular support without the intensity of one-to-one work, the membership offers a steady, regulated space to stay connected to yourself.

This is ongoing support rooted in nervous system regulation, movement, and nourishment – designed to fit real life, not dominate it. The focus is on consistency, self-trust, and feeling supported over time, without pressure to perform or keep up.

Group Programmes

Time-bound support for deeper change

Alongside the membership, I also offer closed group programmes for women who want more depth and focus within a defined timeframe.

These include seasonal programmes such as the 60 Day Reset Circle and shorter 10 Day Nervous System Resets, each designed to support regulation, clarity, and reconnection during periods of change.

Group programmes run at specific times throughout the year.

Speaking, Workshops & Facilitation

For organisations, leaders, and entrepreneurial communities

I work with organisations, leadership teams, and founder communities who want to support performance, presence, and wellbeing without relying on surface-level solutions.

My talks and workshops explore nervous system regulation, embodied leadership, collective energy, and sustainable performance – translating these ideas into practical tools that can be used in real working environments.

This work is suitable for corporate events, leadership development, women’s networks, and speaker preparation.

A Note on My Approach

I don’t believe in fixing people, chasing outcomes, or using pressure as a motivator.

My work is grounded, relational, and nervous-system-led. It’s designed to help you feel calmer, more capable, and more at home in yourself – so that movement, leadership, and change become possible again, without force.
