Do you want to learn how to stand up from sitting without using your hands? This short exercise shows you how to stand up without your hands helping you to balance or push off the floor. I show  you how to do it with your hands to begin with and you can progress to taking your hands off when you are ready. Even if you need to use your hands a couple of times that’s fine – it will come with practice. In the meantime, this exercise will help you identify the areas you need to work on, whether that’s mobility, strength or balance.
