Retreats with Sarah Aspinall
Space to slow down, reset, and reconnect - individually and collectively
Retreats offer something that day-to-day life rarely allows: time, space, and the right conditions for real change to take root.
Whether working with individuals, leadership teams, or organisations, my retreats are designed to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and reconnection – so people leave feeling steadier, more present, and more resourced for what lies ahead.
The Annual SA Method Retreat
Bruisyard Hall, Bruisyard, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 2EJ
5-7 February 2027
Each year, I host a small, carefully curated retreat at Bruisyard Hall, a beautiful countryside estate in Suffolk.
This retreat is designed for women who spend much of their lives holding things together – professionally, personally, emotionally – and want space not only to rest, but to move, express, and reconnect with others in a way that feels joyful and freeing.
The weekend blends nervous-system-led practices with shared movement and dance, creating a balance of regulation, energy, and genuine enjoyment.
Across the retreat, you can expect:
- uplifting dance classes, including ballet-inspired movement, tap, and joyful group dance
- opportunities to move together in rhythm and synchrony – building connection, confidence, and collective energy
- supportive fitness, stretch, and relaxation sessions designed to help your body feel good, not pushed
- nervous system education and simple practices you can take back into everyday life
- nourishing seasonal meals, beautiful surroundings, and unhurried time to rest and reset
This is not a silent retreat, and it’s not about lying still all weekend.
Many women leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more energised - with a renewed sense of connection to their bodies and to others.
Retreat Facilitation for Organisations & Leadership Teams
Alongside my own retreats, I also work with organisations, leadership teams, and founder communities to design and facilitate bespoke retreat experiences.
These retreats are ideal for:
- leadership teams navigating change or pressure
- organisations seeking deeper connection and clarity than traditional off-sites provide
- women in leadership who need space to reset, reflect, and reorient
- teams preparing for high-stakes periods, strategy shifts, or renewed direction
My role may include keynote sessions, embodied workshops, facilitated group experiences, or full retreat design – always grounded in nervous system regulation, presence, and collective energy.
The intention is not escape, but reconnection – so people return to work more focused, aligned, and resilient in sustainable ways.
Collaborating on Retreats
I’m also available to contribute to retreats hosted by others, whether as a guest facilitator, speaker, or movement and embodiment guide.
This may suit:
- retreat leaders seeking a nervous-system-led, embodied element
- wellbeing, leadership, or entrepreneurial retreats
- multi-disciplinary retreat programmes looking to deepen integration
If you’re curating a retreat and feel my work would add value, I’m always happy to explore collaboration.
