Forearm planks are great for strengthening your shoulders, your postural muscles and your core and remove any pressure through your wrists.

But there are some common mistakes that I see women make when they start to plank in this forearm position. In this video I’m going to walk you through the mistakes that I see and how to correct them, so you can make the most out of this wonderful full body exercise.
