Group Programmes

The group programmes are time-bound, supported containers designed for women who want more depth and focus than a membership - but don’t need or want one-to-one support.

They sit between ongoing membership and private work, offering structure, guidance, and shared experience within a defined period of time. All group programmes are rooted in The SA Method and take a nervous-system-first approach. The intention is not to push for change, but to create the conditions where change can happen safely and sustainably.

How The Group Programmes Work

These are closed containers that run at specific times during the year. Each programme has a clear beginning, middle, and end – allowing space for focus, integration, and completion.

Group work offers something unique: the safety of shared experience, without comparison or pressure. You’re supported by structure, guided teaching, and the quiet power of moving through a process alongside others.

Two Ways to Work in a Group

The 60 Day Reset Circle

A deeper, supported group container

The 60 Day Reset Circle is a longer, more immersive group experience for women who feel stuck in cycles of coping, urgency, or depletion and want meaningful change over time.

This container offers space to slow down, understand your nervous system patterns, and gently repattern the way you relate to stress, movement, boundaries, and yourself. The work unfolds gradually, allowing changes to settle and integrate rather than rush.

This programme is suited to women who want depth, continuity, and a strong sense of containment – without the intensity of one-to-one work.

The 10 Day Nervous System Resets

Short, seasonal nervous-system resets

The 10 Day Resets are shorter programmes designed to help you pause, recalibrate, and reconnect when life feels busy, overwhelming, or out of balance.

They offer simple, practical tools to support regulation and steadiness – ideal if you’re feeling stretched, run down, or disconnected, but not ready for a longer container.

Many women use the 10 Day Resets as a way to re-enter their bodies gently, or as a reset point between busier seasons of life.
