Balance can feel really tricky as we age but especially when it comes to taking part in ballet-inspired exercise. In this video I walk you through 5 exercises that you can practice daily to help improve your balance and give you more confidence when it comes to completing your ballet workouts. Understanding which  muscles to use, where your weight should be and how to “find your centre” is crucial for good balance and I’ll show you how to achieve this with some dedicated practice.
