A calmer, more regulated start to 2026
The high-performance reset you never expected – but absolutely need – this January.
Start the year from calm, not chaos.
10 days. 10–12 minutes a day.
Investment: £27 | Starts 19 January

eat better, move more, drink less, wake early, plan meals, sort your life out,
AND become some sort of radiant, newly-optimised version of yourself. Meanwhile… you’re already overwhelmed. Midlife isn’t a season – it’s an avalanche.
Right now, you’re faced with:
📌 Ageing parents needing more help.
📌 Teenagers needing emotional triage.
📌 Partners who claim they’re “helping” because they loaded one dishwasher.
📌 Work demands.
📌 Perimenopause doing whatever it feels like.
📌 And a house that never stays tidy for more than four minutes.
But sure – let’s throw in a new gym routine, a new diet, dry January, and a 45-step morning routine. All at once. In your “spare time”.
I’m guessing that some of those things describe you right now:
If this made you laugh, wince or nod aggressively – you’re not the problem.
Your nervous system is overwhelmed. Let’s change this for good…
Your body does what bodies do in survival mode:
😵💫 Hormones go haywire
😣 Digestion becomes dramatic
💤 Sleep becomes optional
😮💨 Breath becomes shallow
⚡ Muscles stay tense
🧠 Brain fog moves in
🥴 Patience evaporates
🏃♀️ Consistency with exercise becomes impossible
🍷 Wine becomes the “off switch” because your system can’t find one
This isn’t a willpower issue. This is a nervous system issue. And piling January goals on top of that? A guaranteed route to giving up by week three. Nothing is wrong with you. Your body just needs to slow down first.
Before the workouts. Before the routines. Before the resolutions.
We slow the system. We soften the speed. We rebuild the baseline.
Because when your nervous system feels safe, life finally stops feeling like an emergency.

This is the reset that makes everything else easier.
It’s less than:
– a jumper you panic-bought and already regret
– two bottles of “I just need to calm down” wine
– a skincare product you hoped would fix your entire life
– three coffees and a midlife impulse purchase
This reset won’t fix everything.
But it will fix the foundation everything else depends on
That’s the rushing speaking. The overwhelm speaking. The survival mode speaking.
You don’t need energy. You don’t need motivation. You don’t even need willpower.
You need a nervous system that feels safe.
This reset doesn’t take time. It gives it back.
I’ve moved all my life and spent over a decade teaching women how to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and move in ways that feel safe, supportive and sustainable in midlife.
Before I created The SA Method, I spent years as a litigation lawyer in London – highly driven, constantly rushing, living entirely in my head, and completely disconnected from my body.
(If anyone understands overwhelm, pressure and pushing through… it’s me.)
A major wake-up call in my thirties forced me to rethink everything. Since then, my mission has been helping midlife women feel calmer, stronger, safer and more at home in their bodies – in a way that’s realistic and compassionate.
My work blends:
nervous system education
sustainable midlife movement
embodied practices
mindset
This reset brings all of that together in the simplest, most accessible way – so you can stop rushing, start feeling grounded, and finally build the consistency you’ve been craving.
Starts Monday 19 January
Let your body exhale. Let your life soften. Let’s slow down - together.
