Hi, I’m Sarah
Ex corporate lawyer turned movement mentor, nervous system educator & founder of The SA Method.

I’ve moved all my life and spent over a decade teaching women how to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and move in ways that feel safe, supportive and sustainable in midlife.

Before I created The SA Method, I spent years as a litigation lawyer in London – highly driven, constantly rushing, living entirely in my head, and completely disconnected from my body.
(If anyone understands overwhelm, pressure and pushing through… it’s me.)

A major wake-up call in my thirties forced me to rethink everything. Since then, my mission has been helping midlife women feel calmer, stronger, safer and more at home in their bodies – in a way that’s realistic and compassionate.
