The Sovereign Woman
A private, 1:1 journey back to inner authority, steadiness, and choice
The Sovereign Woman is a 12-week, one-to-one coaching experience for women who appear to be functioning well on the outside, yet feel tired, stretched, or disconnected on the inside.
Women who are capable, responsible, and driven – but living in a near-constant state of pressure, urgency, or low-level overwhelm. Women who are doing everything they’re “meant” to do, yet sense that something essential has been lost along the way.
This work is not about fixing yourself, pushing harder, or adding more to an already full life. It’s about learning how to work with your nervous system, not against it – so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.
A Nervous-System-First Approach
Most women don’t need more discipline, information, or willpower. They need safety, capacity, and space.
This work begins in the body. Rather than starting with goals or habits, we focus first on helping your nervous system slow down, stabilise, and come out of constant coping mode. When that happens, everything else begins to shift naturally.
Movement starts to feel supportive rather than draining. Boundaries become clearer and easier to hold. Mental noise softens. Confidence returns – without forcing.
This is deep, integrative work grounded in nervous system regulation, embodiment, movement, and gentle identity-level change.
What This Work Supports
Over the 12 weeks, our work together is shaped around you. It may include understanding your personal stress patterns and how your nervous system has been protecting you, releasing chronic urgency and “always on” mode, rebuilding trust in your body and its signals, and using movement as regulation rather than punishment.
We often work with long-held patterns around over-giving, over-doing, or shutting down – helping you create boundaries that protect your energy without guilt, and reconnect with a calmer, more confident sense of self.
Nothing is forced. Everything is tailored. The aim is integration – so changes continue long after our work ends.
How We Work Together
Although the experience is bespoke, our work loosely moves through four phases: regulating the nervous system and reducing baseline stress, reconnecting with body awareness and capacity, gently shifting patterns and responses, and embedding changes so this steadier way of being becomes your new normal.
You are always met where you are. The pace adapts to you.

Working Together
This is a highly supported, intimate container. Our work includes weekly private sessions, personalised practices to support your nervous system and energy, and gentle ongoing support between sessions to help integrate what we explore.
