Our workouts are designed using the unique principles of The SA Method – a holistic approach to movement that blends strength, mobility, and mindful connection. Each session supports your body, boosts energy, and builds lasting confidence in just minutes a day.

Strength

Build long, lean strength with low-impact workouts designed to sculpt, stabilise, and support your body. Using bodyweight and optional dumbbells, these sessions improve posture, muscle tone, and everyday functional movement - without the overwhelm.

Sweat

Get your heart pumping with HILIT: High-Intensity, Low-Impact Training. These energising sessions boost cardiovascular health, stamina, and metabolism - without the joint strain of traditional cardio workouts.

Restore

Our stretch sessions help to calm the nervous system, reduce pain & increase your range of movement.

Sarah Aspinall is the creator of The SA Method, a powerful wellness approach designed for women in midlife who are ready to break free from exercise dread and reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence.

A former lawyer turned movement mentor, Sarah blends mindset, movement, and nourishment to help women create consistent, sustainable routines that feel good – and actually fit into real life. Her approach is practical, empowering, and rooted in the belief that your body is not a problem to fix, but a source of power to reconnect with.

Through her signature method, online community, and real-talk teaching style, Sarah guides women back to themselves – one joyful, achievable step at a time.
