The SA Method
When life looks fine - but you feel constantly switched on.
Regulate. Move. Nourish.
A nervous-system-led approach for midlife women ready to step out of urgency and feel calm, capable, and at home in themselves again.

Welcome to The SA Method
The SA Method is a nervous-system-led approach to midlife wellbeing – designed for women who are capable, caring, and used to handling things… even when it costs them.
If you’re constantly thinking ahead, managing everyone else’s needs, ticking things off lists, or holding yourself together through busy days, full calendars, and invisible responsibility – you’re not alone. Many midlife women live in a near-constant state of “on”, even when nothing is technically wrong.
You can cope. You can push through. You can get it all done. But beneath the surface, your body may still be bracing, rushing, or holding tension – unsure when it’s truly safe to soften.
This isn’t about doing less or stepping away from your life. It’s about learning how to meet the pressure of life with more regulation – so you can move, nourish yourself, and make decisions from a calmer, steadier place.
That’s where real change begins: not with more effort, but by regulating your nervous system first – so movement and nourishment stop feeling like another demand and start feeling genuinely supportive again.
Through simple, embodied practices, intelligent movement, and gentle nourishment,
The SA Method helps you:
* feel safe to move again
* rebuild strength and confidence without forcing
* support your body instead of battling it
* create consistency that fits your real life
When regulation, moveent, and nourishment work together, something shifts. You stop outsourcing your authority. You trust your body again.
This isn’t a trend. It’s a return to yourself - at home in your body.
Meet Sarah Aspinall
Sarah Aspinall is the creator of The SA Method – a nervous-system-led approach to midlife wellbeing that helps women feel calm, capable, and at home in their bodies again.
A former lawyer turned movement mentor and embodiment coach, Sarah understands the demands of high-pressure environments – leading teams, managing family life, and navigating life’s inevitable transitions – all while being expected to stay composed, capable, and in control. Having lived in a body that was constantly bracing, rushing, and pushing through, she knows first-hand that resilience isn’t about enduring more stress, but about learning how to regulate the nervous system so you can meet pressure with greater calm, clarity, and choice.
Through intelligent movement, nervous system education, and practical, real-life tools, Sarah helps women move out of survival mode and into a steadier, more sovereign way of living – one that supports energy, confidence, and consistency without force.
Through her signature method, online programmes, and grounded teaching style, Sarah guides women back to themselves – not by fixing their bodies, but by helping them trust them again.
In their words…
What people are saying about Breaking Ballet
“Sarah is not only authentic, but also exudes humility and positivity, in both her words and actions… Sarah did everything humanly possible to ensure that both the physical and mental health of every lady inside the programme was being looked after.”
– Lisa
“Sarah has been more like a personal trainer, physio, psychiatrist and friend than an online mentor. She genuinely cares for everyone in the group… I wouldn’t be in the place I am, physically or mentally, without Sarah.”
– Maria
